1. What this policy covers
This policy explains how Atlas Gen uses cookies and similar browser storage on atlasgen.co.uk. These technologies can remember a privacy choice, protect the public quote form, preserve a campaign reference during the quote journey or measure website and advertising performance.
2. Your choices
Necessary technology is active because the website and quote journey cannot operate securely without it. Analytics and advertising technologies are optional and default to off until you choose to enable them.
You can accept all, reject non-essential technology or manage categories separately. Refusing optional categories does not stop you requesting a shipping quote.
3. Necessary technology
Necessary uses may include:
atlasgen:consent:v1, stored locally to remember your privacy choice for up to 180 days;- a client-generated duplicate-protection identifier for the current quote attempt; and
- Cloudflare Turnstile security technology when configured, used to distinguish genuine submissions from automated abuse.
These uses are not used to build an advertising profile.
4. Analytics
If you enable Analytics, Atlas Gen may load Google Analytics to understand page performance and non-sensitive quote-journey events. We do not send names, email addresses, phone numbers, goods descriptions or addresses in analytics events.
Google Analytics may use identifiers such as _ga. Retention is controlled through the relevant Google property and should be kept to the shortest useful period.
5. Advertising measurement
If you enable Advertising, Atlas Gen may load Google Ads measurement and retain campaign attribution in session storage while you complete a quote request. Rejecting or withdrawing advertising consent clears that stored attribution. A successful quote-request conversion is sent only after the backend confirms that the request was validated, assigned an Atlas Gen quote reference and durably stored.
Page views, form starts, CTA clicks and failed submissions are not configured as the primary quote-request conversion. Google Consent Mode receives your granted or denied choice before optional measurement is used.
6. Manage preferences
You can also clear site data using your browser. Clearing it may cause the consent banner to appear again.
7. Updates and contact
We will update this policy when the website adds or removes a material technology. Contact team@atlasgen-team.com with questions.
